Underslung 30K Trailer Flex Air Ride Suspensions

The 30K underslung Trailer Flex Air Ride Suspension is a “Ontario Made” Canadian product manufactured in Canada. The 30K underslung, like all our products, has both the owner and maintenance technician in mind. Its design is light, durable, and mechanic friendly. Each suspension component is accessible straight on with an air gun. No need to remove one part to get to another. Every bolt, nut, and air fitting is positioned for a quick and easy replacement, reducing downtime.

The 30K underslung Trailer Flex Air Ride Suspension is offered with or without the axle assembly. If the axle assembly is requested, we will work with the customer offering different axles, brake, brake drums, hubs, ride heights, and frame center measurement to fit any trailer frame. Our two-piece axle collar is standard for axle to arm connection. The axle stopper is standard as well to ensure that the shocks will not be alone in limiting axle travel, therefore, “no stopper chains” that wear out and become in effective after being stretched or wore out.

The hydraulic shocks are mounted straight up and down along with positioning in an accessible way for straight on-air gun quick change.

All Trailer Flex Air Ride Suspensions can be combined with the “smart lift arms” for traveling empty. This option also doubles as the unique axle stopper feature. These “Smart lift arms” can work from the cab or trailer mount depending on the trailer SPIF model.
