Trailer Flex 30K Top Mount Air Ride Suspension

The Trailer Flex 30K Air Ride Suspensions is a “Ontario Made” Canadian product manufactured in Canada only.

This HD 30KTrailer Flex product has both the owner and maintenance technician covered. Its design is light, durable, and mechanical friendly. Each suspension component can be serviced and repaired with an air gun. No need to remove one part to get at another. Every bolt, nut, air fitting, and valve is positioned for a quick and easy access replacement, reducing downtime.

The Trailer Flex Air Ride Suspension is offered with or without the axle assembly. If the axle assembly package is requested, we will work with the customer on different suspension arms and tower specifications for different frame-width and ride height applications. All Trailer Flex Air Ride Suspensions are complete with quick alignment collars.

The patented two-piece axle wrap means longer lasting suspension to axle connection. No U-bolts to worry about.

Another unique feature is the axle stopper design, no limiting straps or chains that are constantly wearing out or breaking every couple of months causing the shock absorbers to bear the brunt of the load resulting in it being pulled apart. Our stopper system is part of the trailing arm at the pivot point to tower which makes for a light, quiet, and critical part of making your suspension components last longer.

The shock absorbers are also mounted in a position for easy access with air tools as well.

All Trailer Flex HD models can be combined with “Smart Lift Arms” for lifting axles when traveling empty. This option also works with the unique axle stopper feature. These “Smart Lift” devises can work in-cab or trailer mount, depending on the trailer SPIF model.
